Why was it "Under My Skin"?

[My Daily News] group TVXQ's single of the 4th album 'Order - MIROTIC' had been modified back to the former version of the original record in a long time in front of their fans, and it attracted attention.
In Ilsan, KINTEX on the 29th of December at 10PM "2008 SBS Star Wars", one of the biggest events of the season wherein only the most popular top stars come together to participate. TVXQ went on stage before BoA ended the festival. They performed "Wrong Number" and Order-MIROTIC, with this version modifying the lyrics back to before.
TVXQ in November had an issue with the Family Health and Welfare under the Youth Protection Committee due to the song MIROTIC not for the youth, and the decision is effective that to media a modified version of the original lyrics were changed to protect the youth. In this modified version of the lyrics, "Under my skin" became "Under my sky" as part of the song.
However, the fans crying out"Under my skin" during the Gayo Daejun had their speculations proven right in TVXQ singing the modified version. This was possible because the SBS Gayo Daejun has been broadcast in the late hours. The Youth Protection ordinance says that the Youth Protection regulations time to prevent "harmful information" are broadcast from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays. TVXQ appeared on stage after the 12th hour [12AM] meaning that the law didn't matter because the time did not apply to the original record.
TVXQ's agency response was that "it was broadcast on late-night time zone at 0'clock over time so I do not think that was a problem," he explains the reason and, "in this stage Dong Bang Shin Ki was the last schedule," the original meaning was called indirectly from the performance.
Meanwhile, TVXQ's agency SM Entertainment signs the court application of for the re-examination of the cancellation of the notice from the Youth Protection Committee of the content of their song being unsuitable [hazardous] for the youth.

Since we're so busy in Japan we catch up on things through the internet. And there are a lot of cases where we find stuff out through the internet.
It's still like this, we're all very positive so we try and not to pay attention to the comments people write and stuff, but then a year passes.. and people keep looking at us in such a way that makes me feel.. "Are we really a thing of yesterday ..?"
When we had our showcase, I was so nervous, I couldn't get up on the stage.
I thought to myself, "This is not something that gets created in a blink of an eye."
That's why we're thankful, that's why we want to do better in the future. It's not five years, so let's work together and pave a nice road. I would like to walk that road with you. Thank you.

During 2006 there were a lot of bad things that happend to us, health-wise.
And there were a lot of cases when we went on stage with only four memebers.
We barely finished our acitivity that year and achieved the Grand Slam, and it felt different (t/n: because they barely finished their activities).
Yeah.. That was a happy time/ We were relaly happy..

First: Happy 5th anniversary to DBSK!! I know it's too late but I couldn't post anything yesterday because some friends came to Hamburg.. So I was so late at home.. And then a friend is at my home now.. We watched Suicide Club.. I'd just say it's a weird movie :D:D
Our friends came a little bit late, so we waited at a coffee shop.. 3 hours later, when they came, they wanted to go to a coffee shop again.. So again, we drank coffee.. And now it's 03.23 am and I still can't sleep!! After Suicide Club we weren't sleepy yet so we watched another movie.. An Indonesian movie called Lost in Love.. Well, better than Suicide Club :D

Dong Bang Shin Ki and Big Bang for first-ever joint stage ‘Star Wars’
2 of Kpop’s biggest names Big Bang and Dong Bang Shin Ki will have their first ever joint stage!
They will be performing together for SBS year-end concert ‘2008 SBS Gayo Festival’ set to take place on 29th December.
One of the staff for the concert announced on 24th December, “The 2 groups are preparing for a performance called ‘Star Wars’.”

DBSK ranked 1st on HMV 2008
This year, Tohoshinki’s 4th Korean Album - MIROTIC manage to sweep though Japan’s largest music charts, HMV topping 1st on the list for the Asia category.
In November, USEN 2008 on-demand chart has ranked Tohoshinki’s ballad “Doumini coopere Kimi wo Suki ni natte Shimattandarou” 1st on the chart (Statistics from January 4, 2008 to December 4, 2008).
In addition, in year 2004 Tohoshinki came out with a Christmas Album “Christmas Gift from 동방신기” which was ranked 9th in the chart listing as well.
Following Tohoshinki’s 1st ranking is SS501’s Mini Album “U R MAN” and 3rd rank, Jay Chou’s album “Capricorn”.
A company in Japan also states that, Tohoshinki in Japan is in fact, receiving a high degree of welcome and by continuing touring/promoting in Japan, good results will soon surface.

Fans Donate Under Junsu’s Name
Very similar to how TVXQ Yunho's (U-Know) fans donated to charity in his name, Xiah Junsu's fans have collected 8,000,000 won, to donate to children with hearing disabilities under Xiah's name for his birthday.
Xiah's fan cafe (Xiah Seoul) stated:

It was sooo embarassing! So what happened? Well my sister has bought stuffs to make a bag for her laptop.. And we were at the supermarket and bought many things.. Include eggs.. We all know that I can't hold a shopping bag with eggs in it.. Something terrible would happen! Ahaha.. So I hold my sister's shopping bag..
After we came home she realized that her vlis (or whatever you call it.. It's that thing you have in dolls and stuff..) wasn't there.. Then I said it could be left in the bus.. Because I remember the bag fell and I thought maybe the flis fell out from the bag or something.. Daaaamn! So we went to the bus stop again to wait for the bus.. We thought after 45 minutes the bus shoud be there again, because the last bus stop isn't so far away from ours..
First bus.. Nothing.. So we had to wait another 20 minutes!! Second bus.. Yay it's there! It was embarassing as I made a happy face when I found it.. Maybe the passangers would think *What?! Cotton?!* --"

동 방신기 소속사 SM엔터테인먼트는 19일 "동방신기가 'off Stage'란 타이틀로 자선화보 촬영에 참여했다"며 "화보 모델료는 물론, 동방신기가 촬영시 착용했던 물품들은 경매를 통해 수익금 전액이 소년소녀가장 후원단체인 '작은사랑나눔'에 전달될 예정이다"고 밝혔다.
DBSK's management, SM Entertainment said on the nineteenth, "DBSK will be part of a pictorial charity with the title "OFF STAGE". The money they get for their modelling will be given to the "Sharing Little Love" which is mainly made up of boys and girls as the sponsers. Not only that, the items that DBSK wore, will be sold through auction and the money received will also go towards the same charity."

Jaejoong’s Filming Ended
Kim Jae Joong has just finished for the filming of the Japan - Korea Drama entitled ”Heaven’s Postman” on the 12th, all the staffs and the stars gathered in a restaurant after the filming and got interviewed and hope for the drama’s success.
SM Entertainment representative who responsible for the TVXQ has stated,” Kim Jae Joong~ after he’s done with the drama filming, he’s quite sad to leave the filming team, though it’s quite long and tiring for the filming, but through this recording, he got alot of experiences and ofcourse he felt so happy while working together with the team.” on the 14th through phone with the SPN.

DBSK Golden Disk Award
So DBSK got 3 awards in Golden Disk Award.. Daesang, Bonsang and YEPP Popularity.. I've only watched the performance of "Are You A Good Girld" and "Mirotic" with their new "Under My Sky" ahaha.. Well the performance was great! Especially they performed "Are You A Good Girl" for the first time! And Mirotic.. Well I won't say anything about "Under My Sky".. I need some more time to get used to it.. I think we're under the same sky anyway.. And if you're under someone's skin.. It's just more.. Wow! Know what I mean??

It was a long day!! I had my Physics exam.. It went well but who knows? 
And I had stomach ache the whole day!! It was soooo painful!! I could go home but I wanted to come to English and Sport lesson.. English because it's my major subject and Sport because we don't have much time till the performance day! Ahaha we'll dance to a remix song and Sarah Connor's Under My Skin is one of the songs.. Guess how the choreo is like?
Then I went to my friend to make some more choreo but we ended up playing around
So I went home and started doing my maths homework.. OMG maths could be sooo difficult if you 1. have the wrong function and 2. misunderstand the question --" And finally I've finished it after 1,5 hours! 
Ahaha thanks to InoueAgeha @ PhoenixFC who recommended this.. Real phone conversations between DBSK and fangirls. They somehow managed to get the boys' hotel phone number and called them. Lucky fangirls who have the chance to talk with them

What is your first impression of Jaejoong in your roles?
Very much the key things, his small face. That is because there was a snowfall (laughs) But i made a lot of mistakes.
I met him for the first time and since then he didn't give much of an "idol" impression. We didn't become friends that fast, but i felt he was thinking about the same thing.
I gave him a call and said "the honorifics are just for the story" and that way, it gave the blessing for our friendship.

MIROTIC Is NOT Banned In Japan
He said that the banning decision that applies to MIROTIC Korea version is in regard to Korea only since that’s the decision of the Commission on Youth Protection in South Korea.
While the Japan version of MIROTIC won’t take the effect and it’s decided for all Japanese TV programs, the broadcast of MIROTIC Japan version doesn’t have any problems.
The reason is that, even though Japan and South Korea in the last few years, there are cultural exchanges.. However, in each country, the country’s unique culture is the moral standards (T/N: I think that means the moral standard that is applied in South Korea and Japan is quite different, in Japan, MIROTIC is not considered as a harm to Japanese moral standard).
Seems that the banning issue of MIROTIC Korea version has spread to Japan, so he tried to do some damage control as for MIROTIC Japan version.
The man is the producer of Music Japan, by the way.

SM.ENTERTAINMENT LEGAL COURT CASE AGAINST THE BANNING OF DBSK'S 4TH ALBUM FOR UNDER 19
동방신기 측이 지난 11월 말 청소년보호위원회(이하 청보위)가 동방신기 4집을 청소년 유해 매체물로 판정한 것과 관련, 다음 주 법원에 정식으로 효력정지 가처분 신청을 할 예정이다.
DBSK's 4th album was put under the 19 year age banned by the Youth Safety Association on November, however SM.ENT will starting next week file a legal case against this to the Justice Court/ District Court.
동 방신기 소속사인 SM엔터테인먼트(이하 SM) 측은 6일 오후 머니투데이 스타뉴스에 "이번 행정처분에 대한 효력정지 가처분 신청을 다음 주 중으로 관할 법원에 신청할 계획"이라며 "지난 2일 이번 사안에 대한 SM의 입장을 밝힌 이후, 가처분 신청과 관련한 법적 준비를 해 왔다"고 전했다.
DBSK's Management SM Entertainment (SM), quoted by Money Today's Star New : " We will go through administrative measures against the suspension by filing a case next week to the District Court" " We have been getting ready for this legal case on the 2nd "
은 지난 2일 오후 공식 보도자료를 통해 "청보위의 행정명령에 따라 동방신기 4집 '주문-미로틱’의 수정 버전은 제작 하겠다"면서도 "납득하기 어려운 판정이므로 관할 법원에 행정처분(유해 매체물 결정)의 효력정지 가처분 신청을 제기할 계획"라고 전했다.
" We have agreed to release a clean version of 'Jumon - Mirotic' by the administrative order, but this is something we do not agree with and feel this is entirely unfair. Therefore we have decided to file a case to the court against the administration's displosure. "
보건복지가족부 산하 청보위는 지난 11월 27일, 동방신기 4집의 타이틀곡인 '주문-미로틱' 가사가 선정적이라는 이유를 들며 이번 앨범을 청소년 유해매체로 분류했다. 이번 고시는 지난 4일부터 효력이 발생했다.
Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs administration has on the November 27th declared that DBSK's 4rth album's Mirotic's lyrics were provocative and put the album under harmful to the Youth.
청보위에 따르면 동방신기 '주문-미로틱'은 특정 단어가 아닌 가사의 전체적인 맥락에서 유해하다는 판정을 받았다.
The Comission of Youth Protection have said that the words and the meaning of 'Jumon-Mirotic' were not the only problem but the entire lyrics' meaning was harmful and overly sexual.
청보위의 판정이 확정된 직후에도 SM 측은 "결정이 나오기 전 청보위 측에 정확한 가사 해석을 제출했다"면서 "그런데도 이런 결과가 나와 당황스럽다"며 '주문-미로틱'의 노랫말은 선정성과는 전혀 관계없다는 입장을 밝혔다.

DBSK's 4th album by the END OF November hit 460,000 sales ( FROM SM.ENT). This is the highest record sale for this year out of any artists/idols.

Recommendations
That was a long day! And I got an A for my Spanish exam During the dance class it was so funny! Well my group will dance HipHop and Rumba, and today we practiced Rumba.. We girls had no problem, but the boys!
We know it'll be hard to teach them.. And we don't have much time till the performance day! We only have 6 weeks from now.. Means 4 classes, because we still have the holidays.. And we only have choreo for the start of HipHop.. We have so much to do!

DBSK's Song Banned From Korea
TVXQ's "MIROTIC," has been flagged as inappropriate for minors due to its erotic/explicit lyrics. And since TVXQ's fans are mainly minors, SM Entertainment is currently under negotiations to determine a resolution.
For the time being, all instances of MIROTIC will need to be flagged with an inappropriate for minors sign, otherwise they will be fined.
Other artists' songs who have been flagged for inappropriate lyrics are Rain's "Rainism," Solbi's "Do it Do it," and Dynamic Duo's "Trust Me."
