DBSK's "Keep Your Head Down" Tracklist Revealed

Ahead of their highly anticipated return, the tracklist for TVXQ's comeback album "Keep Your Head Down" has been revealed.

"Keep Your Head Down" comes in a 'Special Edition', which contains 10 tracks and the 'Normal Edition' with 11 tracks. The 'Special Edition' will be delivered with a 100-page photobook and a poster.
The album contains not only new songs and individual solo tracks of the duo but also OST songs.

2010 Oricon Top Selling Artists Released!

The "Artist total sells" this year for singles, albums and music DVD's has beaten the previous year of 2009. Artists' total sells is at the top of the music industry again with 171.6 billion yen (approx. $2.1 billion USD). This is much higher than the previous year with 144.6 billion yen ($1.7b USD).

Moving a rank up from last year's third is Tohoshinki raking in 9.4 billion yen ($111.8 million USD) in sales with their DVD's always at the top of the charts. Although there was no noticeable release from them, they still occupy the second place top selling artist of 2010.

2010 was the year for AKB48. They are the center of attention for many people in Japan, appearing in the radio, national news, television shows and commercials. Transforming the image of an idol, we will certainly be seeing more from them in 2011!

Yunho Has Officially Been Casted For "Poseidon"

After much speculation Yunho was officially casted for the upcoming action pack drama "Poseidon"

Yunho will be taking on the role of Oh Yun Jae along with a star cast of Eric, Kim Ok Bin, Jeon Hye Bin, Son Hyun Joo, Kim Kab Soo, Park Won Soo, Kim Yun Seo, and Jin Hee Kyung.

Poseidon will revolve around the Korean Coastal Guard and is expected to be aired by sometime by next year in 2011.

JYJ Dropped From Avex, Promotional Activities On Hold

“We can’t shake off the thought that Avex was using the three of us as tools to make more profits, instead of treating us as artists.”

Such an opinion was made by JYJ (Xiah Junsu, Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun) about their Japanese company Avex, after their announcement of JYJ’s promotion discontinuation in Japan.

On the 17th, JYJ released: “First, we are sorry to our fans to have to bring them this kind of news” and that “We were very sad to have received news of a promotion cessation despite all of our cooperation and discussions with Avex”.

They continued: “It feels very stifling to not be able to fulfill our promise to meet our Japanese fans” and that “In order to solve this, we need the consent and attention from our fans”. They added: “We hope to be able to meet our fans as soon as possible when our promotions are resumed”.

Avex dropped JYJ’s Japanese promotions because the Korean company JYJ was affiliated with were allegedly attached to organized crimes of extortion and blackmail.

JYJ responded, saying that their Korean company had yet to be judged on whether or not it was affiliated with organized crimes. Avex shot back an accusation that JYJ had known about the issue before they even signed the contract.

JYJ then clarified: “That content does not break our current contract with Avex, so it cannot be the cause for a discontinuation in promotions, nor nullification of our contract”. Also, “Many months ago, because of this same issue, Avex requested that C-JES Entertainment be omitted from the contract. …JYJ agreed to this request and devotedly participated in the contract discussions because we wanted to have smooth promotions within Japan”.

They further criticized: “But Avex gave JYJ a substantially disadvantageous condition different from what we had originally agreed on the contract; once we declined that condition, they suddenly developed this stance to cancel the contract based on C-JES’s alleged crimes”.

In relation to this contract case, lawyer Im Sang Hyuk of Se-Jong Law Firm (the law firm that is in charge of the legal aspect of this case) commented, “It was immoral of the company (Avex) to put JYJ in a tight spot just because they acted in such a way that would not satisfy the company (Avex)’s greed”. He emphasized that “Many efforts will be put into solving this case so that JYJ can continue their promotions smoothly in Japan”.

On the 16th, Avex revealed through JYJ’s official homepage on their website that “In order to obey the morals of working principles in our company headquarters, we have judged that we cannot manage JYJ’s promotions”.

Changmin & Yunho To Continue Working With AVEX

AVEX Group (Rhythm Zone) has been exclusively working with the TVXQ trio of J.Y.J (Jaejoong, Yoochun and Xiah Junsu) leaving many to wonder what the relationship was between the company and members Yunho and Changmin.

With the relationship between J.Y.J and AVEX being severed, Daily Sports Online Japan recently revealed a statement from AVEX.

“なお、東方神起の残りのメンバー・ユンホ（２４）、チャンミン（２２）については引き続き同社がマネジメントしていく。”

“The remaining members of TVXQ, Yunho (24) and Changmin (22) will continue their activities under Avex.”

AVEX is pulling out of managing the trio while they are under C-JeS Entertainment, but has stated that the contract TVXQ has as a group with SM Entertainment and AVEX will not change.

JYJ Offer Limited Reprint Of Thanksgiving Photobook

Due to popular demand, Avex is re-releasing a reprint of the “JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME” photobook.

The photobook is a limited release of their live photobook from their Thanksgiving tour. Their tour pulled in over 200,000 in attendance at the Tokyo and Osaka domes in just four shows. The book will have photos of their live performances, and also behind-the-scenes shots of them rehearsing and relaxing in the dressing room. It will even come with a small Polaroid style photograph with the members’ signatures printed onto it.

“YouTube plays an important role in attracting fans from all around the world.” -A representative of SM Entertainment

A representative of SM Entertainment (hereafter refers to SM), Kim Young Min, said, “The world’s famous video-sharing website, YouTube, has played the role of an engine to attract fans from all around the world.”

On September 3 (local time), Kim was interviewed at a restaurant located in Los Angeles and said, “SM signed a contract for providing content to YouTube last year. We built an official website within YouTube which already has an established variety of users worldwide, and people all around the world could watch the content from singers who belong to SM through the YouTube website.”

Actually, many audience members and fans who participated in the “SM Town Live 2010 World Tour in LA” held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, USA on September 4 said that they had become to know singers from SM and watch SM’s content through many Internet websites such as YouTube and Facebook.

If the quality of the content spread through the Internet had not been good enough, this kind of favorable response could not have been expected, according to SM. A person at SM explained that the high quality of content produced from the well-established system used to produce star singers by SM, which has been operating for 15 years, could be verified as high-quality content by many people abroad, many of whom have become SM fans.

An American fan named Herisa (19) interviewed at the Staples Center also said, “I listened to the songs of Big Bang at first on the Internet, and now I am a huge fan of Super Junior and f(x). I like both the melodies and the lyrics of their songs.” An advantage of using the Internet is that fans abroad can obtain the information on new songs from their favorite singers in real time.

Thanks to the Internet, fans of Super Junior and Shinee living in East Asian countries could sing and dance along with Super Junior and Shinee even when they first visited their country. Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu To Make Comeback-in-korea

TVXQ’s Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu, will be making a comeback to the Korean music industry, according to an industry representative on the 5th.

The representative revealed that the three members are working with famous producer, Kim Hyungseok and have contracted with Warner Music Korea, for distribution rights. The album is currently in preparation with a tentative release date set for the 2nd half of 2010.

A representative of Warner Music Korea spoke with Star News and stated, “We’ve recently contracted with the three members of TVXQ for the distribution rights of their new album. They are working with producer Kim Hyungseok and will be making a comeback by the end of this year with a new album.”

Another representative also revealed, “They’re working extremely hard right now to make their comeback possible.”

Kim Hyungseok is a well known name in the industry, working with not only OST projects but many other famous singers out there today. Much anticipation is being put on what kind of music he is composing for the three members.

DBSK’s JaeJoong To Appear In Ayumi Hamasaki’s PV

Ayumi Hamasaki’s PR team recently revealed on August 28th that JaeJoong, of Tohoshinki (TVXQ) and J.Y.J. fame, will star in a PV for her single, ‘blossom‘.

Working under the same agency, AVEX, Ayumi and JaeJoong are now colleagues. Yet, despite the difference in seniority, they are known to have a close friendship.

JaeJoong commented, “Ayumi Hamasaki is a big senior in my record label, so when I received the offer to appear in her PV, I was really happy. Although I feel a lot of pressure, I’ll try to do it perfectly!” With 84 music videos under her belt, ‘blossom’ shall be the first in which Ayu will not appear in the PV. Ayu said about that decision, “If I appear in the music video by myself, I might be ‘talking’ way too much.”

The music video is reported to be quite emotional, and the producers believe that JaeJoong’s realistic acting will invoke tearful reactions from the fans.

‘blossom’ was released previously in July, but the PV is to be included in the CD+DVD package for Ayumi’s newest single, ‘crossroad’, set to be released in the fall. With JaeJoong’s help, Ayu hopes to shatter the record for the most #1 singles sold on the Oricon chart. The title is currently held by Matsuda Seiko with 24 #1 singles.

HanKyung ‘Fire’ accused of plagiarising UKnow YunHo ‘Checkmate’

Super Junior ex-member HanKyung gets involved in plagiarism accusations.

HanKyung recently released a new song ‘Fire’ in China and the song has been slammed with plagiarism accusation. Currently, HanKyung had left Super Junior and is promoting solo.

Some netizens pointed out that the song sound very similar to Dong Bang Shin Ki’s song ‘Checkmate’ released by UKnow YunHo in a concert in February 2009. The song ‘Checkmate’ is said to be written and composed by UKnow YunHo and it has received positive reviews even though it was not performed on broadcast.

TVXQ member U-know Yunho (Jung Yunho) has attracted a lot of attention as the cover model for the August issue of “Men’s Uno” magazine (Hong Kong version).

Yoochun’s manager investigated for assault

Singer/actor Micky Yoochun’s manager is currently being investigated for assault.

On July 26th, a netizen posted an assertive entry on information site, Nate Pann, claiming that his younger sibling was assaulted and had heard harsh profanity from Yoochun’s manager. This post exploded subsequently because of the content and received a hot response on the internet, besides its possibility of being inauthentic.

The writer of the post explained that his younger sibling had met Yoochun at a snack bar by chance. There, the manager became hostile and began to argue. Eventually, the manager even hit the sibling on the cheek. The writer added that he had CCTV footage and witnesses to prove his story. This netizen stated that he could not comprehend the unbelievable behavior being showed by Yoochun’s manager.

However, Micky Yoochun’s side claimed otherwise.

On the 27th, Yoochun’s manager revealed to Newsen in a phone interview saying, “I didn’t hit, all I did was push… The push has been exaggerated to assault. Oh I haven't written anything about my daily life since a long time ago. Hmm many things have happened since last time I wrote one.

I had my final oral exams. I did graduation pranks. I graduated. I had my prom night. I applied for university. I got accepted just two days after I had given my application. I went to Hannover for a sports festival. Me and some other girls opened a food stall there. I went to Stuttgart for Phoenix fanmeeting, which was reaaally awesome *_* One of my best weekends! Now I'm having three months summer break before I start having a miserable university life muahaha :D So here I am: a soon-to-be engineering student :)

I'm trying to enjoy these three months as much as I can. Besides having some trips, hmm I go to my 2nd home: Indonesian consulate muahaha :D Just like last year, I'm joining "Paskibra" (translated: flag raising troop) for the ceremony on Indonesian independence day on August 17th.

I think this year is really like a déjà vu. Just like last year I go to consulate almost everyday for Paskibra, Indang dance, and Angklung practice. Just like last year I'm doing Paskibra for fun, lunch and money muahaha. Just like last year I failed at finding a holidays job.

Me and my friend applied through an agent. They promised to call us, but they didn't. We called there a few times, they said they'd call us back, again and again *sings*. But they actually didn't. After some time we've given up.

Seems like a boring summer break, huh? Oh well, I've quite enjoyed it so far, actually. I think it's still probably better than being busy during study time~

Last but not least, here's an interactive Youtube game, a funny one! :D I actually have done it before, but Elina @ PhoenixFC made me do it again. Soo.. Hangeng Plagiarized Yunho's Checkmate For His Single?

Hangeng’s (in Korean, Hankyung) very new Chinese single, Fire has recently fallen into plagiarism accusations to a K-pop song, written and sung and choreographed by his former SM-mate, Yunho of TVXQ.

Hangeng recently released the music video for Fire through Youtube, and the viewers couldn’t help but to notice strikingly similar features with Yunho’s self-written song, titled Checkmate. Some netizens emphasized the similarities by commenting, “Besides the fact that the lyrics are in different languages, the song is completely the same,” “Not only is the whole melody similar, but the songs’ introductions are entirely too identical,” etc.

Yunho’s Checkmate has never been performed on air, but was enlisted as one of tracks in TVXQ’s album MIROTIC. The song was revealed and performed publicly in February 20th, 2009 at TVXQ’s Asia Tour Councert MIROTIC, where all members of Super Junior attended to join the celebration. This clearly suggests that Hangeng was aware of the song’s existence. Check out the two songs below.

Micky Yoochun, member of the group TVXQ, said, “With U-know Yunho and Choikang Changmin, nothing has changed and we still get along like we used to in the past.”

On 15 July, at the press conference held at Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, the filming location for KBS2′s drama [SungKyunKwan Scandal], Micky Yoochun said, “They were both busy (Yunho and Changmin) so we didn’t contact each other as much as expected” and “But after that (the lawsuit), our relationship didn’t change much.”

Since the lawsuit for an injunction against their exclusive contracts with SM Entertainment was filed last year, this is the first time that Micky Yoochun made a solo public appearance.

When asked how he passed his time then, Micky Yoochun said, “I spent it peacefully, learning music, composing, practicing acting and also went to watch movies.” Also, “As we were very busy, I never had the time to visit my parents so I made the decision to spend time with them.”

Micky Yoochun, who made his acting debut in a mobile drama in June this year in Japan, will also greet Korean audience this autumn, not as a singer, but as an actor.

Taking over [My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox], [SungKyunKwan Scandal] is set to air in September this year. Micky Yoochun will be playing Lee Seon Joon, who excels in all aspects – intelligence, wealth, looks – and is the only son of a rich family. A character who was born with a golden spoon in his mouth, Lee Seon Joon develops a taboo love relationship with Kim Yeonhee, who cross-dresses in the drama, which makes it very difficult yet makes the drama interesting.

With regards to why he expanded his activities to include acting, Micky Yoochun said, “I’ve always been interested in acting” and “compared to anything else, the reason why I really want to do it is because ever since I debuted as a singer, I’ve only had one image – Micky Yoochun – but as an actor, there are many other charms that I can show to the audience.”

Youngwoong Jaejoong had continuously given his support to Micky Yoochun before he made his acting debut.

"Now about Jaejoong, I mean more about him now that i have almost calmed down.
So i stayed at Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills and there was one nice evening when i was innocently shopping in the mall opposite the hotel. When i came back to the hotel i saw that there was a photoshoot going again. I walked past near there was two older korean guys and one effin’ stylist young man. I just walked past the young man like “uh okay” until i realised that “Ops Jaejoong!!” :——-DDD

At that moemnt when i realised that it was him i started to hyperventilate, i didn’t know should i start crying or laughing and i was a major fangirl GLAD HE DIDN’T SEE THAT MOMENT!
Then i went back was like “Are you really Jaejoong…..”

and then his translator was really happy and sai “Yes, do you known him?” Poor Jae was totally stiff/frozen, he was like a lost little boy:D <3 and i answered something along like “Omg, seriously of course i know him” and then i explained that DBSK is cool and “How’s Junsu” and got something said in Korean too.

And it was a topic of wonder that i’m from Finland, the translator guy said that “I think Jaejoong is actually more shocked by the fact that he’s got a fan from Finland than you’re by him right now” … :D

Then i asked is it possible to taKe a picture with Jae, the old translator guy was like “YESYESYES!” then he took the picture by my camera. I got to stay in Jaejoong’s arms a little longer because the translator was failing with the camera and Jaejoong was giggling cutely at him. :”)

So there was the story, he said hat Junsu was fine at that moment and that Jaejoong just talked to him(Junsu) by phone. Jaejoong himself was fairly depressed which is understandable, but he wasn’t arrogant or anything. So dammn cute and genuinely puzzled about the situation :D and actually he was shorter than i imagined, 180cm is not as much as i though. He had effin’ stylist clothes and big head and eyes far from each other and contact lenses :——–)
so observations like this. And of course the muscles

Q&A on more things we want to know.

Q: This time’s theme was “night date”. Where would you want to take a girl during the night?
It would be an amusement park, especially one in Japan. I want the both of us to take a ride on the cable cars at night. If it’s in Korea, then it’s the Seoul Tower. Not only is the night view really pretty, there’s a place where couples can get locks to pledge their everlasting love. It’s really romantic. By the way, I haven’t put up a lock with anyone yet (laughs).

Q: It’s been 2 months since your last photoshoot. How’s Japan after a long break?
To me, Japan is like my other home. It doesn’t feel like I’m coming to a foreign country, it’s feels more like I’m traveling within my country. This period of time, recently, I’ve only been able to stay for two days and a night, so it’s a bit sad. My luggage always takes up roughly one bag only.

Q: Your drama shooting has finished, so are you still training your body?
Since the filming ended, I’ve been eating a lot again and I gained some weight so I have no choice but to train. Everyday, I go to the gym, jog and lift dumbbells, working out for an hour and a half or so. The parts I want to work out the most are my calves. As a man, they’re too skinny.

Q: You’ve been on a break, so have you been going to university?
I can’t go as regularly as normal students, but I do go a bit. The coffee in the school cafeteria is really nice.

Q: Where did you watch the Korean matches for the World Cup?
To be honest, I really wanted to watch it outside while drinking beer, but because I had work, I watched it at home with Yunho, who I live with, his friends and our manager, cheering and making a total ruckus. Aside from the Korean matches, I also wanted to watch the other matches in real time, so I’m very sleep deprived (bitter laugh). But because the World Cup is a festival, I didn’t feel like it was difficult at all!!

Q: Living with another man, Yunho. The pros and cons?
The bad thing is I can’t stand the mess, so I have to clean up the house. It’s not that I hate cleaning, but seeing a dirty house makes me frustrated (laughs). Sometimes I would joke to Yunho, “Should we stop living together?”. He becomes frantic and apologises immediately. About what’s good, because I’m younger, so he always pays for me when we go out. Lucky~ (laughs).

Q: “Friends”, “Family”, “Lover”, “Work”, “Myself”, please rank the five of these.
Right now, I think it’s “Myself” first. Recently, the way I think have changed a little…… If it’s something I want to do, I devote myself to it. Next is “Family”. After that I think it is “Work”, “Lover” and “Friends”. Even so, it might change depending on my mood that day. But, if I have to say, from these five, the ones who give me strength are family and lover. Because if I have those two, I can do my best for my job.

Q: Please give a message to all your fans in Japan!
As I’m in the midst of Korean activities now, compared to before, my activities in Japan have certainly gone down. But I feel that working in Japan is really fun, and I really want to show my various sides through activities in Japan. It might take a little while more, but I would like it if you wait for me!

Popular TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki / JYJ member Jaejoong has a supporting role in the popular Fuji TV Japanese drama titled “Sunao ni Narenakute / 素直になれなくて / Hard To Say I Love You.” Although new to acting, Jaejoong has already won an award for his role.

Nikkan Sports holds a Drama Grand Prix (polling) where they have various drama categories being voted by the Nikkan Sports members. In this 14th edition of the Grand Prix, Jaejoong has won in the category of Best Supporting Actor with 7018 votes. The drama he participates in (Sunao ni Narenakute) also came in first for the category of Best Drama with 5578 votes.

Other Notable nominees include Korean Drama IRIS, which placed 3rd in the Best Drama category with 1320 votes. Actor Lee Byung Hun (IRIS) placing third in the Best Actor category with 2112 votes and actress Kim Tae Hee (IRIS) placing third in the Best Actress category with 2395 votes.

We have VERY IMPORTANT announcement for you.
FIRST TVXQ WorldWide meeting is comming soon.
For each country it should be Contact person who will spread this and find organizator of this meeting in her country.
Right now we don't have Contact persons in each country. Actually most of all countries are still without Contact person, what means that it's about you all!
Please, try to contact admins of forums or fan pages in your country and ask them to organize TVXQ WW meeting.

Meeting in Czech republic is planning for August. Closer date is still unknown. It would be great if this meeting would be in the same or similar date.

What will be the schedule of our meeting? The main thing of TVXQ WW supporters meeting is distributing of leaflets, stickers and posters of TVXQ. Other activities are just in your organizators hands.

So what should organizator do?
Organizator should ensure the print of leaflets, stickers, posters etc. (we will add samples soon)
Organizator should let other supporters know about the date, time and place of meeting.
Organizator should think out the guideway of promoting walk (during this walk you will deal those materials)

And everything else is just in organizators fantasy.

We are preparing a documentary here in the place where we live, İstanbul/Turkey.
This project is basically about istanbul life,our own people and istanbul itself. However it's a production that will have every kind of things in it. And there will be parts for some spesific cultures and regions. Now we have been focused on especially East Asia more lately. There will be parts to show our sympathy to Asia and asian people but especially Japan and South Korea since we had warm relationships and a historical background with them as country even though young generation doesn't know about it much A spesific part of the documentary will be about Japanese music probably and more of Kpop. As you all can guess,we are going to support our boys too..So we
are waiting for the permanent lovers of DBSK/TVXQ,besides supporters of JYJ and Yunho&Changmin too.They are always in the hearts no matter where and how they are after all.

All you should do is to write a letter to show what you feel as a fan. It shouldn't be more than a little paragraph though. And one or a few pictures with your letter. Those pictures might include yourselves, just pay attention for them to be something special for DBSK, like something you organized or thought for them. Apart from fan pictures, I have to say that we can't accept all letters, we have to chose 2 letters from one country at most.So we are going to decide which ones are the best at a point by considering both the letters and pictures. We already filmed a short scene, and there are 2 more left to record. This one will be the 4th part. So we don't have much time.

Deadline is August 30. Let's try our best everyone so they will give a smile when they see precious feelings coming from your own words, from all over the world. This project will be

Not only did the theme song for the television drama “Sunao Ni Narenakute” earn second place, it made it to three other positions. On the other hand, the ranking for the keyword search shows that the visitors of BIGLOBE MUSIC chose Tohohshinki as first.

The selling of the Best Selection Album during February and people who wanted to see their Lives have appeared on BIGLOBE MUSIC many times before, in addition to news relating to their suspension of activities. DBSK to release special Japanese album

TVXQ to release special Japanese album on July 15

Korean idol group TVXQ will be releasing a special Japanese DVD album on July 15, according to Japanese daily newspaper Sankei Sports on Wednesday.

Sankei reported that the group, despite having halted all group activities, will release a special album in DVD format with highlights from the upcoming Japanese film “Kimi Ga Odoru, Natsu” which also includes an advance ticket for the movie.

The boy band’s song “With All My Heart” is featured as the theme song for “Kimi Ga Odoru, Natsu,” set to hit theaters in September.

“The members of the group are currently working on individual projects but they have prepared this surprise for their fans,” an associate from Sankei explained, adding that the album will go on sale on July 15 although there are no plans for it to be sold as a single album.

The theme song “With All My Heart” is one of the tracks from their best album “Best Selection 2010,” which was released in February, and the latest version has been rearranged with a simple piano instrumental. The special album will also include three different versions of the song.

TVXQ has halted all activities as a five-man band with Xiah, Hero and Micky applying for provisional disposition of their 13-year contract with SM last July. They then filed a lawsuit against SM last week, demanding they be confirmed their contract had been nullified as well as be handed their share of profits they claim to have failed to receive.

The three singers formed a new trio away from their original band TVXQ with Japanese agency AVEX a few months ago.

SM too has sued the three singers for the damages the agency and the remaining two members, U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin, have suffered from the legal battle.

Since their 2004 debut, TVXQ, discovered and managed by SM, had arguably been one of the most successful K-pop acts in Asia with reportedly the largest fanbase in the world.

Tohoshinki’s New Movie Theme Song to Be Made Into a Special DVD

It has been learned that popular Korean group Tohoshinki’s “Unreleased Track” will be made into a DVD. It is a dream project because a movie pre-sale ticket comes with the DVD including the track “With　All　My　Heart ~ Kimi ga Odoru、Natsu ~”and a digest of the movie. From July 15th, one ticket will be available for 2000Yen.
However, there is no plan for a single release.

The same song was also contained on the first best of album “BEST　SELECTION　2010″, yet differs from the CD version, whereas the intro part is played with a piano making it a delicate Special Edition.

Also, with close relation to the story of the movie, the arrangements have been changed in three patterns. One was used as the theme song and the DVD includes all three versions and is certainly “visionary music”. Recently the members of Tohoshinki are focusing on their individual activities; however, listening to their group works with the DVD over and over is most likely an enjoyment for fans.

There is a saying that all popular Korean actors are “good singers”. In Korea, Yoon Sang-Hyun is also one of those stars, with his daily TV drama [My Wife Is Superwoman], that made a big hit, breaking records of over 30% viewership ratings.

Hailed as the “Kimura Takuya of Korea” because of his looks, Yoon Sang-Hyun, who was also an aspiring singer from the start, sang the song [Never Ending Story] in the same drama, charming viewers with his impressive vocal talent. TVXQ group member Xiah Junsu was hospitalized in Los Angeles at around 10 PM on the 3rd.

Xiah Junsu had been suffering from a very high fever and fatigue since the afternoon. Staff members and company associates rushed him to the ER as his symptoms began to worsen. An associate of Xiah Junsu stated, “Xiah Junsu was hospitalized to a hospital in Koreatown in Los Angeles at around 10PM on the 3rd local time, or 2PM on the 4th of Korean time. Because it was the weekend, we tried over 20 hospitals before finally finding a hospital where he could receive proper treatment.”

Xiah Junsu has been busy with recording schedules, and as a result he continued getting a high fever and fatigue. At first, they didn’t think much of the situation because his symptoms were that of a common cold, but as the night went on, his symptoms worsened and he was then taken to the ER. When he reached the hospital, his fever reached over 40C. After receiving emergency care and some shots he has stabilized. This associate says, ” Xiah Junsu, plus the other 2 members are in America to record their album, and they have been pouring out their passion into the recordings. Thinking of meeting their fans after such a long time with their music, they became overenthusiastic and sang repeatedly without rest, and now their body has shown these signs of fatigue.”

The three members, including Xiah Junsu were hit hard with the shocking news of Park Yong Ha’s death. This associate said, “Hero Jaejoong was very close friends with Park Yong Ha, so the news gave him great mental shock and he was unable to even speak for awhile. All three members have been becoming more and more fatigued and even when staff members around them advised them to rest, they were concentrated in recording and in result their health has deteriorated to the point of finding the ER.”

The management side says that for Xiah Junsu’s treatment, they will take a 2 days rest.

Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and Hero Jaejoong are currently in America recording with Kanye West, who has a great influence in pop music. Kanye West, who was born in 1977, has won 13 Grammy Awards and is a famous Rapper/Producer in America. He has produced music for the albums of Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, and Janet Jackson. The three members of TVXQ are the first to work with a major pop artist and producer like Kanye West. Because of this, many people are looking forward to what kind of product is released from this collaboration.

8-year-old Joon Seo played the character of Kim Nam Joo’s daughter in "Queen of Housewives" in 2009, and in that same year, she also played the role of Yunho’s younger sister in "Heading To The Ground".

In 2010, she played the role of Chae Rim’s daughter, Kim Min Ji, in "Oh! My Lady!", and will also have a part to play in "Paradise Ranch".

DBSK’s Changmin (22) on June 23rd, participated in “CHANEL 2010/2011 fall/winter pret-a-proter fashion collection show”. Since the announcement of group activity suspension in April, this is his first official public appearance.

Changmin appeared in a cheerful healthy figure wearing black pants, tight T-shirt, and gray gillet, such a stylish attire.

Actor Park Yong-ha found dead

On the 30th in the morning, Park Yong-ha was discovered dead from hanging himself at his home. His sudden death shocked all of his friends and family, “We really don’t understand why.” all of them sound devastated.

Park Yong-ha is reportedly to have built close relationship with DBSK Jaejoong as the latter often seek for his advice about pursuing activities in Japan. “Until yesterday we’re still joking around, I’m really in shock,” as Jaejoong reacted to his friend’s sudden death. Jaejoong who is currently recording in United States for a world wide album said, “Even when we talked on phone yesterday, he sounded so bright. It’s like his usual self and I didn’t feel anything different from him.” he said, “Even we ended the call with saying that we’ll go drinking together once I returned. I’m such in shock.”

Park Yong-ha also has scheduled his Japanese tours and just few days before his death, he’s seen speaking excitedly with Yoon Eun Hye regarding their new drama filming “Love Song”. He was in his usual easy going personality and did not show any sign of depression. “There was no reason seem to appear for him to commit suicide.” as said by one of Park Yong-ha dramas’ PD.

Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu working with two of the biggest names in the American music industry.

After a successful four-show run in Osaka’s Kyocera Dome and Tokyo Dome these past two weekends, the former DBSK members look like they’ll be setting off on their own career for good. Rumors of an American collab album have been circulating for weeks, but they have not been verified until today.

Producer Jae Chong (who has worked with the likes of BoA, Uhm Jung Hwa, Arashi, and numerous Taiwanese artists) posted on his blog regarding his upcoming work with the trio:

Been writing songs for a Korean group DBSK (or better known as TVXQ in Japan)…They’ve been the best selling group in Asia basically crushing everyone’s sales…They actually make up for 40% of all revenues made by Avex Japan…That’s HUGE!!! Too bad my old group SOLID sold 4 times more than them tho…hahaha! But of course…different generation… Anyways, this is sort of “top secret” but I guess what better place to talk about “top secret” projects than a public blog like this one? haha…Basically, DBSK used belong to SM Entertainment in Korea…For those of you who don’t know what that is…It’s basically one of the biggest entertainment companies in Korea…Anyways, 3 of the 5 members recently defaulted and sued SM Entertainment for “slavery” contracts (I can explain about that…but that will take 10 pages…). So 3 of them are releasing a new album under a their own company…and me (aka “yours truly”) got involved…Basically, it’s a huge collaboration project featuring the 3 guys from DBSK and the biggest A listers in the US…as of now…being Kanye West and Timbaland…To make the long story short…we’re working on the album as I type…and will fly to Hawaii to record at Kanye’s house…and then possibly go to LA or Miami to record with Timbaland…This is by far THE biggest budget project EVER in Asia…PERIOD! Youngwoong Jaejoong & SarangJoong fanclub has donated money towards surgery fee’s for a girl with Leukemia.

Youngwoong Jaejoong & SarangJoong is a member of Korea’s Heart Disease Foundation because they want to go further than Korea to bring support to places in Asia like Japan and China.

Helping people who still dream when they are trapped, this is part of a project to support Jaejoong having activities outside of Korea. Selling fan-made DVD’s, t-shirts and such, this fanclub project has brought in a total of 6,000,000 Won, and donated it to Korea’s Heart Disease Foundation. The Foundation will fund this money to Park*Ki (14 years old), to assist her with her operation.

Park*Ki has received her younger brother’s bone marrow in a operation on the 19th of May, and is now in the process of healing. On the 3rd of June, SarangJoong’s management went to visit Park*Ki when she was healing in an isolation ward to send her presents. Because it was an isolation ward, they couldn’t talk directly to her, and Park*Ki conveyed her thanks through the glass window. The management too hopes for her full recovery.

SarangJoong will gather all the members love, and work hard to continue to donate to charities. As like Youngwoong Jaejoong’s songs and techniques give them their biggest comfort and joy, Youngwoong Jaejoong & SarangJoong’s members want to share the love with people in need.

Jejung participated in FujiTV’s “Food Prejudice King” for the first time and it will air on 17 June (Thursday. He will battle it out with voice actor and singer Nana Mizuki, who also participated for the first time.

The challenge is to guess whether the other contestant likes or dislikes the food, after watching a display of reaction to the food. While quietly watching how Nana Mizuki looks when she eats the food, Jejung observed that “she doesn’t really put it into her mouth and her facial expression hardens a little”.

However, when he was eating Japanese food that he himself didn’t like, he also laughed with a “huhuhu” sound.

Finally school is over and now I have some time to actually write something about my day. Well, school isn't really over yet.. I still have my final oral exam next week. But today I just got my semester report and now there's no school until the exam.

I'm happy to graduate.. Finally after 13 years of school! (I had to repeat a year when I moved to Germany) But I'm also sad that it's over.. I'm sure college will be even tougher.

Anyway.. Today there was an Angklung performance on summer party in TUHH (my future university, hopefully). And it was a chaos before the performance! The car with the stuffs, including Angklung itself, was caught in a traffic jam.

Mira forgot the traditional "drums" in the consulate. Ihsan was about to go home to take his own drums, but he didn't have his home key. Fortunately he still could use "modern" drums instead.

Akram forgot to put his Angklungs with the other ones so they were left in the consulate. Annisa was lost on her way there, she came just on time. It rained! It was panic because water + Angklung is a no no. And many audience left to escape the rain.

Oh well.. After that chaos, we were quite satisfied with our performance. Just like Mayang said "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst". It was the worst. But we did quite well in such a worst case :) It wasn't our best performance but it was okay :P

W. What's W? For some people it's not just a mere letter of the alphabet. For example, it has a deep meaning for us Cassiopeians. Let's hear what Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu have to say about this letter. This is the most touching song ever! I've wanted to share this but I've never found a good video of it. And this one it is! TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho Chosen as ‘Goong’ Musical Star

Dong Bang Shin Ki leader U-Know Yunho will turn into a musical actor. Yunho has been honored to be cast as South Korea’s Prince Lee Shin, for Musical ‘Goong’.

Similar to the original comic story, the musical’s main theme would set in a unique imagination setting as if the Republic of South Korea is still a country with constitutional monarchy system. The story will begin with an arranged marriage between the prince and a tomboy high school teenager due to political reason that makes her enters into a life in palace, from that point the conflict will start to roll.

‘Goong’ producer on the 7th said, “U-Know Yunho is proven already with his singing and dancing skills, he’s also experiencing many stage performances through various concerts and he has an outter appearance just like a crown prince as well as charming eyes that could grasp the audiences, we think that we have chosen the rightest person.” and, “He has a passion to be a musical actor, sincerity, and positive attitude.” revealing the reasons why Yunho was casted.

U-Know Yunho Takes the Lead in Goong Musical

Now THIS I can see!: Dong Bang Shin Ki’s leader U-Know Yunho has been cast in the lead role of Prince Shin in the musical adaptation of the phenomenally popular drama series Goong, playing the role originated by Joo Ji-hoon in the drama version.

Too bad this couldn’t have been Yunho’s acting debut, rather than the ill-fated and flaw-ridden soccer drama Heading to the Ground. As the leader of a hugely popular idol band, Yunho has already proven his dancing and singing skills, and making the transition from the pop stage to the musical stage seems more suited to him (and more forgiving a jump should he falter). Taking the lead role in a drama series as his acting debut was, unfortunately, biting off more than he could chew, but I’d actually really love to see him in the musical.

The musical version of Goong is produced by Group Eight and will open at the Seoul National Museum’s theater on September 8.

Fans Voice: WE WANT DBSK REUNION!

JEJUNG, YUCHUN, and JUNSU, former members of South Korean 5-man unit Tohoshinki, have started the "JUNSU / JEJUNG /YUCHUN THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME" at Kyocera Dome.

They performed the new song "Itsu date Kimi ni" at the beginning. JEJUNG, with tears in his eyes during the singing, said: "When we were discussing whether we should hold a live, I was really upset. I was not sure whether the fans would come? But thank God. So many people have come to see us. Thank you so much!" and he shed tears of happiness again.

To the appearance of the three, there were various responses from fans. According to the survey result of Daily Sports, to the question "Do you want Tohoshinki restart their activity with 5 members?" 100 out of 100 people answered "Yes". Words Of Condolences To An Angel

Hi everyone. Today I bring some sad news. On June 5th, something happened in Korea called the Gimpo Female High School Student Crisis. A 16 year old girl, who had always had a weak body, was being punished by her teacher for being late. She collapsed in the middle of the punishment and did not get back up. She was taken to the hospital but was announced dead.

This 16 year old girl was a fellow Cassiopeia. Her username was 망둥아이리온 on Yuaerubi and she was a wonderful, charming girl who was always bright and positive despite her illnesses.

[FANACC] 100529 Japanday Düsseldorf - Surprise Meeting!

Hello everyone ! This is my little fanaccount about Japanday in Düsseldorf, Germany. I’m from Belgium, but really didn’t mind driving all the way over there, and even less since it turned out to be one of the best days of my life.

First of all, when it was confirmed that I would be going, I wanted to do something to advertise my love for TVXQ. So after some thinking, I decided to make a big Tohoshinki banner. I spent over 4 hours working on it, just for the painting part! But it was totally worth it =)

I drove all the way from Belgium with Cyn (joongieloveforever), another fangirl, and we arrived around 11AM. We went to several Japanese stores, and I bought myself a copy of SMART magazine where Junsu was featured (the one with the hotpants! *__*). Cyn even found a copy of AnAn with Jae! Oh and we also got the ViVi mag with the Tohoshinki special ^__^

I didn’t put up the banner at first, because to be honest I felt a little awkward at first. But then after some time and with all the cosplayers around, I realized no one would find me strange if I did walk around with my huge banner xD

After meeting up with Irina, a German fan which we already had contact with, we walked through the crowd, me holding up the banner proudly. A lot of people were curious and read what was written, some even took pictures (I can just hope that’ll remind them to google “tohoshinki” xD), but sadly no one came up to us.

But then eventually, (though I had half given up to meet other fans and I was about to fold the banner up) two girls (Jenny & Therese, if I remember right) came towards us, and told us they were fans too!

And it all just exploded from there on. Another 2 girls stopped by and told us about a meeting they were planning for July 4th. Then some other girls came, and told us there actually was a meeting on that very day! So we decided to all join in, and went all the way to find a free patch of grass. While doing so, Jenny, Therese and I alternately carried the banner around proudly.

We were all spazzing so much, but it was NOTHING next to our reactions when we saw the “Balloons” cosplayers!

We all gathered around and took a LOT of pictures, when suddenly 3 girls came running towards us, dressed up as the boys in the “Last Angel” PV !!! All in white! And “Junsu’s” hair was the best ! And the ducky rucksack too ! =D

After a lot of picture taking, we all sat down on the grass, talked, ate sushi (that one of the girls had made) and exchanged contact information. I think we were a good 20 people there !

We stayed there quite some time until we got really hungry, so Cyn, the 3 Last Angel girls and I went to eat Korean food. Which was awesome, but it would get boring if I told you what we all had :)

After that we went back to the main stage area, still proudly carrying our banner around. We noticed there were TV crews present, recording the performances on the main stage, so the Last Angel girls tried to get the banner into the camera angle. And then… suddenly…

A technician from the TV crew came towards us, and asked us what our banner was about, so we explained briefly. Then he asked us “Would you mind being interviewed about that? On live TV?”

We were honestly SHOCKED ! We said yes of course !
So the guy led us to the actual recording place, and after waiting a little while we were asked to go in front of the camera. With the banner still with us of course ! The reporter asked us again to explain what the banner was about, and Lisa1 and Lisa2 answered some questions =) Then he went on to say that there were even girls that came all the way from Belgium (Cyn & me), and he found it quite awesome =D

When the interview was over and we were no longer in front of the camera, we all started crying, we were really just so happy we could send out a message of support for TVXQ, even more so because European fans don’t often get the opportunity to do so.

As I’m writing this now, the video hasn’t been upload on the channel’s website yet, but I’ll make sure to rip it and spread it around as soon as it’s available!

From there on we still kept walking around with our banner, and more fans gathered around, and eventually we gathered to sing a few TVXQ songs, which were recorded by the admin of Phoenix (and I’m sure the videos will be up quite soon !). We sang PROUD, Love in the Ice, Mirotic and Survivor.

After that there were fireworks, and sadly this beautiful day came to an end. We all said goodbye and wished each other the best, all the while reminding everyone to keep the faith.

I feel blessed to have met so many amazing TVXQ fans, and hopefully we will all meet again very soon. Thanks all for a wonderful day.

TVXQ's Taiwanese Fans Print Support Advertisement In Korean Newspaper

TVXQ’s Taiwanese fans have criticized SM Entertainment’s unlawful actions through an advertisement in a Korean newspaper.

This is the fourth advertisement by TVXQ fans, following those submitted by Korean, Chinese and Japanese fans, and sends a message of love and support for TVXQ, a group caught in a legal battle with its agency.

The Taiwanese fans used an online blog to collect donations from April 9th to May 8th, and used this money to print an advertisement that pointed out the unlawfulness of the TVXQ’s contract with SM Entertainment.

The fans criticized SM Entertainment and sent a message of support to TVXQ with the words, “A 13 year exclusive contract and an astronomical penalty fee, they are Asia’s top group yet they earn less than the average Taiwanese celebrity. The weak who do not even have the rights to view documents regarding their own income. Are you not satisfied with ruling over them for six years?” and “TVXQ’s fans from all over the world, including Korean, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China, are one family who keep the same faith. Don’t try to break us down with your incessant arguments. We will always wait for them right here as TVXQ’s supporters.”

In the beginning of May, the reporter who was on a two-month plus vacation did a research on Korean idols while vacationing in Japan. Even though there was only a week’s duration, the reporter still did his/her best to carry out interviews. Fortunately, there were two Korean idol groups who travelled in and out of Japan during that period. Hence, it was a good opportunity to interview Japan’s audio-visual workers and visit their studio at the same time. Also, the reporter got to hear about the interesting happenings that took place in the operations of special concerts in Japan. Most importantly, the reporter was able to see for him/herself how Korean idols are perceived when they fly in and out of Japan for promotional activities. Even though it had been a while since the vacation had ended, the impressions and memories were still etched deep within his/her mind. Perhaps a lot of fans would like to know where the Korean idols stand in Japan, and that is what we are going to report to everyone now.

Arashi? Tohoshinki?

One of the burning questions on every Korean fan’s mind is: what is THSK’s actual status in Japan and are they included in the league of “TOP Star”, just like how they are in Korea? In reference to this question, we consulted one of Japan’s musicians, and his answer was not what we had expected. He revealed a “why-do-you-ask-such-a-weird-question” expression before replying, “We have never compared Arashi and Tohoshinki. These two groups are Japan’s TOP Star, and they are incomparable because of the differences in their style.”

Japan’s entertainment market is definitely different from Korea’s. If the style or the market development is different, it will be unreasonable to compare or compete. Compared to Korea, where major entertainment companies would always compete against each other, most of Japan’s entertainment companies develop their own market by improving on and enriching their personal style and field [of expertise]. Similarly, when asked about Kara and 4Minute, who were recently introduced into Japan, the reply was that “both groups had their distinctive characteristics and thus were not perceived to be rivals”. They also expressed that they were unable to understand Korea’s concept of putting up idol groups against each other for competition and for comparative analysis. Thereafter, they confidently affirmed that THSK’s standing in Japan were that of TOP Star, similar to Arashi’s (the ranking is not important).

It is very easy to fully appreciate the popularity of THSK. Their albums are always the ones on display in Japan’s famous music and video stores, and it is very easy to spot THSK fans who are always there to look for their albums.

A Korean staff from the entertainment world, who often flies in and out of Japan, gave THSK a very high standard of evaluation, then added that if it was not for THSK, current Korean idol groups will never be able to officially enter the Japanese market as easily as they do now. Korea’s entertainment market and sector started developing slightly later, especially in the idol market targeted towards youths, who are extremely sensitive to the current trends. Therefore, for Korean idols to be able to reach such a high standard of evaluation as they do now, much of the contribution belongs to THSK and the huge impact that they have made.

DBSK JaeChunSu Trio To Change Name To J.Y.J?

The trio announced the formation of a new unit last month and to show their appreciation, they scheduled a concert series on June 5th and 6th in the Osaka Dome as well as on the 12th and 13th in the famed Tokyo Dome. Well, it’s been recently made known that they will not use the name TVXQ for the concert but instead promote it using the name J.Y.J which stands for Jaejoong Yoochun Junsu. This could very well be a temporary move as Avex Entertainment may have legal issues with using the TVXQ name, but still many fans are voicing their concerns over this move.

This scenario is very similar to events that happened over a decade ago. H.O.T., one of the greatest K-Pop groups of all time had a fall out with SM Entertainment. Three former members from H.O.T., Jang Woo Hyuk, Tony An and Lee Jae Won went on to form their own group named J.T.L.

Debuting as a member of Tohoshinki in 2004, being called a "prodigy" from his natural singing talent has gained a lot of popularity. This time as XIAH Junsu he will release his first Japanese solo single. And also, one of the songs is composed by Junsu himself! The song contains his thoughts and about his challenge of a musical at the start of the year, including also things about being solo and so on!!

---Please tell us about "Intoxication" and "Kanashimi no Yukue" in the single to be released. What kind of feelings did you want to express through the song?
Even though "Intoxication" is a piece that I self-composed, I had wanted to try to combine black music and RnB to make a dance song. This is my first solo single in Japan, so I used a music style that I liked a lot. I think it's a simple yet sexy and stylish dance song. "Kanashimi no Yukue" is just as the title states, I used my own sadness to express the song. It's like.. you know when guys have a time where they're weak and show it right? It's like I wanted to express that out straightforwardly...

「When I have a break, I want to go to a country with palm trees, and sleep under it」

---What are the differences between solo and group activities?
The most important thing about group activities is the balance. But with solo activities, with one person, you have to keep the attention, or otherwise it won't work out. That's why being powerful and dynamic is a must. The points where I have to place my power in is very different, and i'm still not too used to it.

---This year you also challenged acting in a musical for the first time, was there any dis-coordination?
It was totally different! As I thought, you can't sing with a pop feel. Talking about what's different, it's kind of hard to say it through words... (in truth if you perform, then you'll feel that difference!) Thanks to the musical, I learnt a lot, and on top of that, it made me really happy to hear the passionate cheering of the fans. As I thought, i'm the happiest when i'm on the stage~

Childhood times:
Because i'm always with my twin, Junho, we always play pranks on people. If there's a girl we like, we would suddenly scare her so she would turn to look at us. Now that I think back about it, I wonder why I did those things, I regret it quite a bit (laughs).

Primary school times:
Basically it was all soccer! Recently I sometimes read back on the journals I wrote then, and 80% of it was about soccer. Sleeping, going to school, playing soccer; it was just these three things (forced smile).

High school times:
I began to be a trainee when I was 12, and I was already a high school student, thinking only of singing. After that naturally is dance practise. The me back then, worked really hard to be an artist.

After debut:
Because it was so busy, there was practically no me-time. But during the occasional break, sometimes I want to sleep, or watch a movie; these kind of things. If there's suddenly a blank, I myself didn't know what I should of done.

Recently:
Recently i've been busy composing. When making a dance song, I would just dance randomly to it too. Because i'm by myself, so I don't have to worry about others seeing me (laughs). In the end, if you don't listen the song and just dance to it, it just wouldn't work.

Hero Jaejoong once again rumored to be dating a Japanese celebrity!

TVXQ member Hero Jaejoong is once again rumored to be in a relationship. This time, it is the famous Japanese Magazine cover model Mikiko Yano.

On the June issue of Japanese weekly magazine Women's Weekyl, it said that "Hero and Japanese model Mikiko Yano where spotted near Shibuya enjoying a date together. They were wearing masks to conceal their identity. Mikiko Yano was seen to be holding tightly the arms of Hero".

Hero Jaejoong said his side of the story that they only met once during a party and Mikiko Yano said as well that they are only friends and rumors being in a relationship was denied by both sides.

Held by James Cameron, Samsung Electronics and SM

SM Entertainment Company will be working together with James Cameron, the creator and director of Hollywood blockbuster, Avatar, and Samsung Electronics on a series of 3D-related production (including movies, music and other tools of commercialization).

SM, Cameron and Samsung Electronics will hold a combined conference regarding the expansion of 3D-related content on the 14th at Samsung Electronic’s multi-purpose hall located in Seocho-dong, Seoul.

Other than the SM production team, BoA, Yunho, Changmin and other artistes will also attend the conference.

On the other hand, James Cameron, who arrived on the 12th with his wife for a 3-day schedule, will return to Los Angeles on the afternoon of the 14th after concluding his schedule for the “Seoul Digital Forum”.

Holidays! Finally.. After being busy with school, I'm free at least for a bit more than a week. I also had a nice long sleep for 9 hours. Lately I've only had 6-hours sleep..

I woke up at 9 and had father's day breakfast. It's father's day in Germany :) Here it's celebrated differently from other parts of the world.. Then I watched M! Countdown.

My dad seems to have a good start, huh? Hmm, actually, not really. It was just the first few hours of my day. After M! Countdown I had to tidy up my room. I still have to. I'm on it, really :D It's just.. I do a break every now and then. 10 minutes tidying up my room and 20 minutes sitting in front of PC :D

Usually it's my little sister who keeps the room messed up, but somehow lately I've been the one who doesn't keep it clean. Now that I have time, I want to do it.. But I also have this thought.. Now that I have time, I want to be busy with KPop :D Also because soon I'll let Dad install Windows 7 and at that time I can't use the PC, right? :P

Somehow I miss DBSK.. Oops, I meant "of course" not "somehow". Phoenixes' dream of meeting them in Europe hasn't been fulfilled yet, but now they're stopping their activities T_T They definitely have to unite again and come to Europe..

I want to see them in German TV.. They've already been in Turkish TV too. I didn't know that! They've played their MVs of Wrong Number, Mirotic and Break Out. Thanks TurkishGirl52 @ PhoenixFC who told us about it.

So instead of learning for tomorrow's informatics exam, I took a personality test, recommended by purple_winter @ PhoenixFC.

But in the other hand, I don't like being in charge for presentations at school :D It's because German is not my mother language and sometimes I still fail speaking German properly in front of people :P Presentations in Indonesian wouldn't be any problem though.

So my point is: if it's about difficult things, I wouldn't be a good supervisor :P

SM Vs DBSK 3 Members’ Lawsuit Begins

The lawsuit between TVXQ members, YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu, and SM Entertainment began on May 7th.

SM Entertainment took action against the three members of TVXQ and filed for an objection to the verdict on the contract suspension injunction as well as a verification of the continued existence of the exclusive contract. The first hearing for this lawsuit was held at the Seoul District Courts on May 7th in the afternoon.

On this day, only the legal representatives of the two side will be attending the hearing. As this is a civil suit, the three members will not be participating in the trial.

The three members of TVXQ filed for a contract suspension injunction against SM Entertainment on July 31st, 2009 to the Seoul District Courts and were rewarded with a partial acceptance verdict on October 27th.

At the time, the Courts stated, “SM can no longer sign contracts regarding any TVXQ activities without notifying the members beforehand. SM must also not interfere with any individual activities the members of TVXQ wish to pursue.”

Then, SM filed a lawsuit against the three members on April 12th, 2010 objecting the verdict to the contract suspension injunction and asking for a verification of the continued existence of the exclusive contract. SM also called for the three members to pay 2.2 billion Won in compensation.

SM’s representative stated, “After the injunction, we have tried hard to continue TVXQ’s existence so we have kept this lawsuit aside. However, as the three members did not give an official statement regarding future TVXQ activities and as TVXQ’s Japanese activities were suspended, we have decided to go ahead with the lawsuit.”

Finally our manuscript / final thesis was finished! Tomorrow's the deadline but we already submitted it today :)

I'm free now!! I have less things to do for school! :D Well, not really.. Two more exams to go, final oral exam next month, and the presentation of our manuscript.. That's all!! And then there's graduation ceremony, prom night.. And school's over! :D

Actually it's not over yet. It's just the beginning. I'll apply for university and then it'll get fierce. Well, if they accept me, of course :D Hopefully they accept me! College life will start and I'll have to work even harder.

I've been getting lazy lately. Well, not that I've never been lazy before. I've always been lazy ahaha.. That's why I'm afraid of college life. I don't want to fail! I just thought I have to work hard in college so I have to enjoy the rest of my high school life.

Just saw a nice recommendation from luv_dbsk_cass @ PhoenixFC. A group of cheerleaders cheered to DBSK. See it by yourself, the T, S and ♥ are just amazing! :D

DBSK JaeChunSu’s Dome Concert Receives Over 1 Million Ticket Applicants

After the breaking news that SM Entertainment would file a lawsuit against JaeChunSu (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) of TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki, it has been announced that the infamous trio would be holding a concert to thank their fans.

Earlier this month on the 15th, TVXQ’s Japanese label Avex announced, “It has been decided that the three members will become a unit. To convey their gratitude for the fans, they will be holding a Dome Live event.” However, as the tickets were in high demand, they held a drawing to distribute the tickets to eager fans. They accepted applications on the tickets from the 19th to the 22nd.

It seems as if the fans have been “keeping the faith” as, to everyone’s surprise, they received over one million ticket applicants! The Vice President of Avex relayed his shock through this message on his blog,“I think there will be many fans who will be disappointed at the drawing results. We’ve received over one million applicants. Please understand us.”

On the 28th, the first round of results was posted. From the original one million applicants, only 18 people were chosen.

Avex feels as if they will run into problems when general ticket sales start and Korean fans feel the same. Korean fans who wanted to attend the concerts feel that they are at a disadvantage, with some stating, “What are overseas fans supposed to do?” and “If you have left over seats, why even bother holding a drawing?”

The concert will be held on June 5th and 6th in the Osaka Dome as well as on the 12th and 13th in the famed Tokyo Dome.

Having hosted "Holding Back the Tears International Multilanguage" project not long ago, Phoenix, the European fanclub of TVXQ, has done another one.

This certain project was started by Elina @ Phoenix. Probably many of you have been following Max Matsuura's twitter and you might have noticed what kind of person he is and how much he did for TVXQ until now. Even now he's supporting them and hopes that they'll get back together. Many people write mean comments and accuse him for not doing enough or say they're disappointed.

Not only Elina, but many also think this man has done a lot more than anyone but he doesn't get enough recognition. He's not only supporting them but also gives fans answers to some questions, what nobody has done before. We have to admit his answers are not always clear but at least he tries to reply to messages and not to lie, like other people do.

Therefore fans have decided to make a "thank you" video to show their gratitude and cheer him up. Check out the video!

I think this is an awesome project. All participants are great and I'm sure there are a lot more people who are thankful of Matsuura-san.

It seems Matsuura-san has been touched seeing the video. He retweeted:

He also posted it on his blog, saying how touched he is: "I had to cry out of happiness and it's because of all of Toho's worldwide fans."

I'm glad we could make him happy for a moment, even if it's only from a video. That's all we can do now.. Believe in him and be thankful. Always keep the faith.

Yunho As Representative For World EXPO '10

Korea’s representative for World Expo 2010

Even though there’s been a lot of controversy and complications surrounding TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki, some good news has surfaced as it’s been announced that leader Yunho will be attending the 2010 World Expo as a representative of Korea.

If you’re unfamiliar with the World Expo, this event has been an important worldwide tradition where many countries gather and show off their national brand and culture. This year’s expo will begin on May 1st and end on October 31st in Shanghai, China.

On the 28th, Yunho’s representative stated, “Yunho has been chosen by KOTRA (Korean Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) to attend the expo on behalf of South Korea.”

The World Expo is one of biggest occurrences in global events and it’s quite an honor for Yunho to be representing South Korea.

During the announcement ceremony, a lengthy promotional video involving SM Entertainment artists such as Amber, Victoria, Krystal, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Henry, Siwon, Yunho and others was displayed. This video will be played throughout the expo to promote green cities for the future. A representative expressed that Yunho plays the lead character because of his high popularity in China.

I normally follow the feeling of the song. You can say that I wing it while singing at the same time, trying to figure out the best way to go. If it wasn’t like this then I wouldn’t be able to convey the sincerity and true feelings of the song. I believe that a song without feelings is unnecessary and phony. The most important factor in singing a song is not about techniques, but rather the feelings. When I sing sad songs, I become the most sorrowful man on earth!

Q: When did you get the inspiration for your composition?
I got the sudden inspiration while making “XIAHTIC”, and the ideas of this solo song were all conceived in the car

Q: Is the feeling of debuting as a solo different from debuting as a group?
In a group, the members have to think of their characters and roles in the group and there must be a great level of cooperation between members. As a soloist, I only need to focus on presenting the best of myself… However, I still have an immense amount of pressure on my because I don’t want to disappoint everyone’s expectations.

Q: What are your future activities?
I don’t have a definite plan yet. Maybe this type of feeling… (uses a mixture of gestures to represent his uncertainty)

DBSK's Yoochun's First Main Role Supported By Junsu's Theme Song

The new dorama "Beautiful Love- Kimi ga ireba-" of Tohoshinki's YUCHUN will be distributed via online distribution site BeeTV. It is the first time for the young artist to star in the main role of a Japanese dorama and on top of that, Tohoshinki member JUNSU will provide the theme song for the series - however, under the name of XIAH junsu, who will release his solo debut single on May 26th.

"Beautiful Love - Kimi ga ireba -" is the story about "Yonsu" - the son of a Korean Saibatsu Family and "Hinata" - an ambitious magazine author, yearning to become a novelist, in a touching Cinderella-Story. On his debut YUCHUN admitted: "I was honestly very unsure about the role and me playing it, especially with the Japanese language, too." About the end of the production he said: "I was really moved! I would really like to try acting in the future. However, I still would like to sing as well." With all of this he seems to have gained some confidence as well.

YUCHUN also said: "The story between Yonsu and Hinata is really moving and with XIAH junsu providing the theme song for it, "Kimi ga ireba -Beautiful Love-", this is certainly something to get excited about. Please check it out"! "

The start of the online distribution will be the 4th of July, which is incidentally YUCHUN's 24th birthday as well!
